Teen Depression Therapy Melbourne | Compassionate Adolescent Care
Teen Depression Therapy Melbourne | Compassionate Adolescent Care
When a teenager experiences depression, the whole family feels the impact. Our teen depression therapy in Hampton provides specialised psychological support for adolescents struggling with persistent sadness, emotional numbness, or feelings of worthlessness. We take a collaborative approach, working with both the young person and their family to address underlying issues and develop sustainable strategies for recovery. Using evidence-based treatments tailored to adolescent needs, we help teens reconnect with what matters to them, rebuild their sense of self-worth, and develop the emotional skills needed for lasting wellbeing.

How We Aim To Help
How We Aim To Help
For over 15 years, we have worked exclusively with children, teenagers and their families. Our focus is on helping children and young people understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships and navigate daily challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.
Parents and carers are an essential part of the process. We provide guidance, support and practical strategies so that progress continues at home and in everyday life.
We offer both therapy and comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments for children, teens and young adults up to 25 years of age, supporting families to better understand concerns and feel clear about next steps.
