Psychologist

Rochel is a psychologist with a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Drawing on her extensive experience working within school settings, she has developed a strong understanding of the social, emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges that can impact a young person's wellbeing and development.

Rochel is passionate about supporting children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. She also has an interest in working with neurodivergent young people, including those with ADHD, autism, and specific learning difficulties. Rochel has a strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and client-centred approach, and values the importance of partnering with parents, schools and other key supports to create meaningful change.

In addition to therapy, Rochel has a strong interest in psychoeducational assessment and enjoys helping young people, families and educators gain a deeper understanding of a child's unique strengths and needs. She conducts comprehensive assessments and provides tailored recommendations that support children across home, school, and community environments. Rochel is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful therapeutic space where children, adolescents, and families feel heard, empowered, and confident in achieving their goals.
