Rachael has completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical), is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi) and has experience working across the lifespan in educational, private practice and community mental health settings.


Rachael is passionate about providing individuals and their families with the tools and knowledge required to best support and meet an individual’s needs. She also understands the importance of fostering trust and a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a warm and collaborative environment to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges. She takes a person-centred approach tailored to address each individual’s treatment goals through evidence-based practices.


Rachael therefore bases her practice around assisting individuals to develop self-awareness, insight and resilience, in accordance with providing support for various mental health challenges to promote best functioning and learning across home and school environments.
