Zoe is a registered Psychologist, having completed her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University.


Zoe has prior experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both educational settings and private practice. She is proficient in psychological assessment, intervention, and counselling and uses a variety of evidence-based frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and play therapy.


Zoe is dedicated to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in youths, with a specialised focus on individuals aged 5-18 years. Zoe is passionate about addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and neurodevelopmental complexities such as Autism and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).


With a compassionate, client-centred, and neuro-affirming approach, Zoe collaborates closely with her clients to develop tailored interventions that meet their unique needs and goals. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to help individuals and families thrive.
