Stephanie is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan. She completed her B Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University and the M Clinical Psychology at RMIT.

Steph enjoys working with children, adolescents and young adults who are navigating challenges at home, at school or in their social circles. Specifically, Stephanie has experience helping individuals manage anxiety, OCD and intrusive thoughts, emotion regulation, identity conflict or confusion, and sleep disorders.

To achieve this, Steph tailors a range of different evidence-based therapies to individual clients; these include cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness techniques and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Steph understands the importance of developing a strong rapport with her clients and aims to create an honest and open space where they can safely explore both their current and past experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to build their understanding of themselves, and resilience for future challenges that may arise.
