Steven is a provisional psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life and its challenges. With a warm, compassionate, and client centered therapeutic approach that focuses on collaborating with clients and their families, Steven aims to help his clients achieve their treatment goals by tailoring his practice to the specific needs of each client.

Steven has experience working with individuals of all ages across a wide variety of clinical presentations, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), family violence, trauma, drug and alcohol addiction, and many more. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, Steven predominantly employs a cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) approach to his practice, while applying ideas and tools from various other modes of therapy.

Steven is guided by empathy, respect, and the belief that each individual is unique, deserving of understanding, and capable of growth and self-discovery. Valuing the inherent dignity of each person, Steven strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their own journey towards well-being and personal fulfillment.
